My wife and I eat here for dinner and it was not bad. My wife said her food was real good. My chicken was a little overcooked, and I dont understand why I could not swap one of my sides from green beans to another side other than cream potatoes. There were other sides, but I was told I could only swap them for cream potatoes. The plate already has cream potatoes and I didnt want two helping of potatoes. At this price you should not have to settle for a side you do not care for. The cheesecake was good as my wife and I shared a piece for desert. The waiter did a good job overall. He kept our drinks filled and made sure we were okay. He was very friendly and professional.
We went there on Christmas eve, and it was busy but our server was excellent. It was me, my son and granddaughter. Our drinks ,mai-tias, were prepared perfectly and the food was great,also. I got the roadhouse sliders, it came with 4 with lettuce and pickles and fries, my granddaughter got the chicken tenders and fries, my son got the salmon, with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We really enjoyed ourselves there. Definitely recommend people try this place, if you haven't before.
Trey our server was knowledgeable and professional! It was a large party of 13 he repeated everyone order twice to make sure the order was correct. Made sure refills and everyone was taken care of. The food was hot,fresh and delicious. Amazing atmosphere. The cheesecake is amazing. The manager checked us as well. Thanks for all you do! I would drive from Columbia SC just to have good service and food.
Visited The Cheesecake Factory recently for my birthday and had a wonderful experience. We started with the lettuce wraps, which were fresh and amazing, followed by the four cheese pasta that was rich and delicious. We ended the meal with cheesecake, which was perfectly sweet and melted in the mouth. Overall, everything was comforting and flavorful, making it a great birthday celebration.
We were a group of 7 visiting from Columbia, SC. The atmosphere is great. Our server was friendly, kept the drinks filled and had great suggestions. There are a lot of gluten free options, which was great for 1 in our group. All the orders were correct, and everything came out together and hot. We will definitely eat here again when visiting!
I made a reservation for 9pm and was seated around 9:15. The waitress was very attentive, I loved her energy. I ordered the Tex Mex Egg Rolls, they definitely make these from scratch...delicious. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was good, it could use more spice and salt on the pasta.... overall 5 out of 5, I will definitely return.
Always packed and Always Good! Today I got a few things to-go... Shepherd's Pie, Thai Chili Shrimp, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Carrot Cake. I am not a fan of Cheesecake and although I have been to the Cheesecake Factory a few times, this was my first time trying the Cheesecake. I am now and believer... it was pretty good. I wouldn't rate it over the carrot cake but its good. Most restaurants witg large menus struggle with a lot of things but i have never had a bad meal from the Cheesecake Factory. To me they give elevated dining with fair prices. I look forward to going back.
My recent visit to The Cheesecake Factory was made even better thanks to DJ, who doubled as both our server and bartender. From start to finish, his service was thoughtful, helpful, and just plain excellent. He crafted some seriously great drinks—balanced, flavorful, and perfectly made. When it came time to order food, DJ didn’t just take our order and walk away. Instead, he pointed out a similar option to what I was considering, but with more food for nearly the same price. It was such a thoughtful suggestion and made the whole experience feel even more worthwhile. His attention to detail, genuine recommendations, and friendly demeanor made us feel taken care of the entire time. If you get the chance to be seated in DJ’s section—or at his bar—you’re in for a great time. Thank you, DJ, for going above and beyond!
